Start Time: 12:15 p.m.
12:54- I found myself checking instagram without even think. It was automatically my response to being bored. This made me realize how checking in all the time became a habit. It's so easy to check in because social media is mobile and can be accessed from anywhere.
1:02- I'm falling asleep in my english class. I feel like going through my feeds to keep myself up. Keep my mind active.
5:00- Accidentally opened my tumblr app because my friend wanted to show me something. It didn't even occur to me what I was doing until someone stopped me.
10:48- I tried to get around the assignment and texted a tweet but then I felt guilty for doing it.
7:28- Usually I check my feeds in the morning. I set my phone and apps so that I get notifications for all of my social media. I shut them off before I went to sleep because I knew I would forget about this assignment when I woke up.
